You might know that I not only love documenting birth stories with photography and video, but I always truly enjoy teaching other photographers (or those aspiring to become a photographer) how to run a successful birth and motherhood photography business while also being a homeschooling mama of many. Not that my students need to be homeschooling mamas, but just to share that running a full time birth business is possible while also raising your children and being present for them when needed and present for your clients when I need to be.
I offer a full day workshop, 1:1 mentoring (in person and online) as well as set up mock birth shootouts. So I wanted to create this post to sum up what the differences are between the workshop and the shoot out.
What's the difference between the full day Birth Photography workshop and a shootout?
The Birth Photography Workshop is 1 full Day Birth Photography Business Intensive.
A full day of learning about all the ins and outs of running a thriving birth photography business while also given the chance to build your portfolio with Alaina's guidance.
The mock birth shootout is for building your birth portfolio and building confidence in the birth space. It is solely for the purpose of practice within a stress free environment while also being given tips on angles from Alaina.
If you feel like you need help in creating a business plan, how to balance on call life, are dealing with impostor syndrome, and want to run a thriving business that blesses others while supporting your family... then The Birth Photography Workshop is for you!
If you have all that figured out and would just like to get creative and add to your portfolio, then the Birth Photography Mock Birth Shootout is for you!
