Vendor Application for Holiday Harvest Boutique

Hi there! Thanks for your interest in being a part of our Holiday Harvest Boutique this year!

This boutique will provide an opportunity for the local home business owners to showcase their products to new and current customers and holiday shoppers!

We’re looking for friendly, joyful and creative business owners to participate in this event. Vendor spaces are available for $25.

For raffle and showcasing purposes, we’re asking that you donate a product valued at $20 to display at your table during the boutique. We will gladly accept donations of product if you don’t wish to participate in this event as well.

Details:

Saturday, November 10th, 2018

Time: 9am-2pm

Where: La Mirada Residence

Please fill out the vendor application form and we will get back to you by October 11th to let you know if you’ve been selected as a vendor.
